Common Woods is a housing development in the south of Amersfoort at the edge of a forest. It consist of multiple apartment blocks and ground-level homes. It’s a bold mixture of social housing, luxury villas and apartments.

Originally, the whole project is designed as pre-fabricated CLT modules. As this is a high-end project, we wanted this not to be visible from outside. This was the main challenge in setting up the architectural details.
